The Noun Project

Recently I stumbled across this wonderful page that wants to make symbols easily available to those who may have use for it, I think that's fantastic!
as they say "The symbols on this site are and always will remain free. We believe symbols can not be effectively shared with the world if they are not free."

The Noun Project collects, organizes and adds to the highly recognizable symbols that form the world's visual language, so we may share them in a fun and meaningful way.

  4. You are right anonymous, one should probably always create your own symbols.
But those times when you do not have time to create your own symbols, it can be very convenient to have the ability to use good international symbols.
You can also use this page for inspiration, so you get a good idea of how easy it can be illustrated at the same time as it is easy to perceive.

  15. I like the simple designs. I wish the search would actually return all the results - it misses a lot.
